Trail Report
Happy Friday trail peeps! Your tacky, hero-dirt weekend trail update for this last weekend of July. Man o' man, what happened to July???
First off, we had a solid thunderstorm last night that delivered some much-needed moisture and it looks like we've got a 50/50 chance for more rain tonight... We'll take it!
Heads Up! If you haven't noticed, there's a huuuuge soccer tournament going on in town as we speak, and the Round Valley/Quinn's trailhead will be tied up through Saturday.
Speaking of Saturday, join our amazing crew tomorrow morning from 9am-12:30 pm for a dig day at 8,500 feet. We'll be working on a super sweet, hand-built, hiking connection between Charlie's 9K and Mid Mountain. Meet at the lot adjacent(west) of the Bonanza Flat TH lot... look for the MTF feather flag. Bring water, wear long pants and sturdy hiking shoes. We'll supply the hand-tools.
Our team spent the week cutting back more side veg, removing more blowdowns and installing more erosion matting on Seldom Seen. We also finished the installation of 18 "You Are Here" map posts in Round Valley, maps to follow.
What are you waiting for??? Move away from your devices, get out there and get after it before it evaporates! And we hope to see y'all at the dig day tomorrow morning. #trailreport

Those mats are really cool and super grippy on the tires. For such a popular trail, good move.
The new “Seldom Slip” sections are bomber, thanks for testing them out Emma…😎
It's Friday once again, Park City! Time to get your trail groove on...
Hot, dry and dusty is what's on the menu for the weekend, with temps in the upper 80's and a 40% chance of showers/thunder boomers today. Rain dances are strongly encouraged.
**Trail Impact Alert**
The classic Jupiter Peak Steeplechase trail run will take place tomorrow(Sat) from 8am to noonish, so plan your trail endeavors accordingly. CMG, Apex, Keystone, Scott's Bypass, Shadow Lake, Powerline and Spiro all comprise the route. See link for a detailed map:

Get on up! Transit to Trails is back in action this weekend beginning tomorrow, Saturday, providing free shuttles up to the Mid Mtn, Bonanza Flat and Blood's Lake trailheads. Reserve your spot today! www.utahmountainshuttle.com/park-city-transit-to-trails
The MTF crew has given many a haircut over the past two weeks on Spiro, Jenni's, Little Chief, Sam's, Link, John's '99, Trestle, CMG and lower Apex.
New signage and 18 "You Are Here" map-posts are being installed all over Round Valley to keep you on course. Thanks to Summit County, Utah for funding this project.
Hoopty and team are inching closer to wrapping top-to-bottom tread/drainage work on Jenni's and Zach & Emil had a productive dig day on Thursday, showing Charlie's 9K some love. A shout out to the Highland Composite MTB team members, coaches and other volys for lending us a hand! It's greatly appreciated.
Stay high and hydrated my friends, and as always, be kind to one another! #trailreport

Will we be able to do Armstrong>HAM>Seldom Scene tomorrow morning or will the closures impact that as well?
Any chance transit to trails is going to re-allocate some hiker spots to bike spots? Every bike reservation is taken but most of the hiker reservations are open.
appreciate your updates AND all your hard work! As always, MUCHO GRACIAS!!
Thank you!💚
