Summit Park & Discovery
Summit Park and Discover Ridge Trail area host a variety of winter singletrack trail options. Trails South of I-80 exist primarily on heavily treed and steeper terrain, catering to intermediate and expert users. The region’s elevations (up to 8,600ft) and aspects often hold more snow throughout the season. For this reason, users are recommended to have wayfinding skills and be aware of avalanche conditions. Alternatively, Trails North of I-80, accessed from The Woods trailhead, are relatively flat and open.
The only groomed fatbike singletrack trails in the area are UP and Pale Green Dot. These are all accessed from the Discovery Ridge Trailhead.
Dogs allowed with leash. Refer to signs in area.
